***********

This will mean that the Playtest Zone booking process will also be postponed and will reopen on Sunday 31st May.

What does this mean?

1. If you have already registered your prototype for the Playtest Zone, this will still be valid. If you choose to change the main game that you will be playtesting just drop me a line to let me know.
2. All booking for the 3 hour sessions for the old May dates will be scrapped and bookings will open again on Sunday 31st May.
3. If you have made a donation to the Express CIC charity in order to book your 3 hour session, this will still be valid for the later bookings (ie you will not need to donate again unless you want to.)
4. If you have made a donation and now cannot make the new UK Games Expo dates, I'm afraid that we cannot refund donation to the charity. Please rest assured that your money will be helping autistic individuals and their families.
5. To keep up to date with development please RSVP to this meetup page or the www.playtest.co.uk website for updates.

This will be our 10th year at the UK Games Expo. Please RSVP if you are planning to come along.

You can find more details about the UK Games Expo 2020 here: http://www.ukgamesexpo.co.uk

The Playtest Zone provides a great opportunity to try your prototype with members of the gaming public.

It will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Expo.

If you've designed a game, bring it along and give it a play. If you sit down to play a game and leave some feedback then you will entered into a prize draw sponsored by http://www.boardgameguru.co.uk

Designers can now register to bring their game design prototypes to the Playtest Zone here: http://bit.ly/2TcXz09
(Registration will close one week before Expo on Friday 14th August)

The online booking service to reserve your playtesting slot will go online in May. (It will be on a first-come-first served basis.)

Volunteers can now register here: http://bit.ly/2t6uLMm
Anyone who volunteers to help out for a morning or afternoon session at the Playtest Zone will get an opportunity of priority booking, a red Playtest UK t-shirt to keep and a free day ticket for the UK Games Expo 2020.

An online Playtest Zone schedule will be posted nearer to the event.

More information about this event will appear here and on the www.playtest.co.uk website.
