Chen style (Chen Family Taijiquan) is the original style of Tai Chi that developed during the Ming Dynasty as a martial art and health practice. Using spiral motions, Chen style practices yin/yang through soft/hard and slow/fast movements. Synchronize your body and mind and discover your internal energy.

Please note: Regular classes are held on Mondays in the gym at Mount Scott Community Center from 7:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Attendees pay $5.75 per drop in, payable at the front desk. We welcome you to join us!
