π€ - Vee is the Head of Design at Future. Her and her team design products to save money for the millions of people in the UK using Go.Compare and MyVoucherCodes.
Inspired by the work of the teams at Government Digital Services (GDS), Monzo, Pinterest and guided by the design thinking process, she delivers human-centred products and services which are easy to use and accessible for all.
Before joining Future and the Go.Compare team, she worked in education technology and advised local government and other not-for-profit organisations on human-centred design.
π’ - Product discovery is a process that helps product teams refine their ideas by deeply understanding real user problems and then landing on the best way to solve them. With this talk, she wants to offer a practical guide to product discovery and open a discussion on the impact discovery has on productivity. Sheβll also share how we do product discovery at Future.
