Design thinking and Service design is our theme.
Design thinking is a formal method for creative resolution of problems, and creation of solutions, with the intent of an improved future result. In this regard it is a form of solution-based, or solution-focused thinking – starting with a goal (a better future situation) instead of solving a specific problem.
Service design aims to create services that are useful, usable, desirable, efficient and effective. Service design is a human-centered approach that focuses on customer experience and the quality of services rendered as the key value for success.
How can we use these methods in Product Management? How are these applied in practice to support our Product and creation of great Service Products ?
