ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Montréal to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.

✨ About our speakers
Afuad is a seasoned data science practitioner with a unique blend of experience solving complex data science problems for large enterprises in healthcare, banking, aviation, rail transport, manufacturing and more. For the last few years, he has led the data science team at Maxa, one of the top up-and-coming IT startups in Quebec. Maxa helps businesses unify & crunch their core systems & ERP data into automated financial & operational insights for their finance teams. Most recently, Maxa achieved significant recognition by winning the 2023 Snowflake Startup Challenge. Having joined in its early days, Afuad has been an integral part of the company’s journey, shaping Maxa’s product offering in advanced analytics, predictive forecasting and generative AI. Afuad’s current work at Maxa focuses on leveraging generative AI to build self-service BI interfaces that allow CFOs and their finance teams to get instant answers about their business data without the need of data analysts & engineers. Afuad hopes that his work will help accelerate data democratization across entire organizations.
Aran has built digital products in Montreal for more than 15 years. At Salesfloor, he is responsible for developing conversational AI to grow sales and personalization for some of North America's biggest retailers.
Gil has been a driving force in technology and product management for over 12 years. Specializing in AI and data science, he has applied his expertise across diverse industries including e-commerce, robotics, and video games. He has held key roles at renowned companies such as SoftBank, Mercari, and Amazon. Most recently, Gil founded Merlin BI, an innovative startup that leverages AI and Large Language Models to generate advanced data insights in plain English, for product and management teams. A thought leader in the AI community, he has published multiple papers and is a regular speaker at industry events.
