Product Tank February : Build the right thing (with Drivy & KissKissBankBank)
Hi product folks ! Leet’s meet on Thursday, the 22th of February at Malt’s office to talk about how to build the *right* thing : squads methodology & OKRs, tools & frameworks to reason about a problem (and not a solution !). For this special event, we are thrilled to welcome two great speakers : Bruno Correia, Product Manager @Drivy and Solène Maître, CPO @KissKissBankBank. Talks will be in English. AGENDA 19:00 - Arrival @ Malt 19:30 - Bruno Correia, Product Manager @Drivy - The squads methodology: from yearly OKRs to feature release How to focus on the right problem ? What are the best practices to include all stakeholders (customer experience, marketing, sales, etc.) in your product roadmap and team organisation ? Bruno will share his experience of Squads and OKRs at Drivy, the European car-sharing leader : Introduction to squads, the squads roadmapping process and executing as a squad 20:00 - Solène Maître, CPO @KissKissBankBank - Our tools and frameworks for reasoning about a *problem* « Start with the problem and not the solution » this is one of the mantras of all Product Managers. Fine, but in reality it is sometimes difficult to find the right methodology or best practices to do it. Solène will talk about the tools and frameworks she uses at KissKissBankBank & Co, one of the European leaders of crowdfunding, to start with problems, collect feature requests and dig into data. 20:30 Networking & Apero
