Join us while we take product discovery for a spin from all angles, facilitated by service designer extraordinaire Molly Fuller. Molly will kick us off with all things product discovery and we'll then hear from our amazing speakers, and wrap up with a panel discussion and Q&A. Molly Fuller is a service designer with expertise in healthcare with experiences at Stella Health, Harken Health and the Mayo Clinic. She has a background in fashion design and has her own clothing line for teens with autism.
Zack Naylor will get us started and unpack translating research and discovery it into strategy. Zack is a UX and product person with almost 20 years of experience across nearly every industry and company size. His passion is helping people use customer feedback and user research to make the best design and product decisions they can. He loves helping people solve the right problems for their company and their customers. Zack is co-founder and CEO of Aurelius, the user research and insights platform
for design and product teams. www.aureliuslab.com
Next Jeff Blanchard will share examples from the field on how to really engage stakeholders for not only their buy-in but also their involvement and contributions, especially using collaborative design thinking methods, models and maps. Jeff is the Creative Director at Highland Solutions - a Chicago based experience design and digital product agency. Jeff has designed products and services across numerous verticals for nearly 20 years. His drive to experiment, learn rapidly through dialog and be inclusive of multiple perspectives comes from founding or being part of several startups and growth-oriented companies. These environments demand continuously trying new things, pivoting from what doesn't create traction, and using all available resources at hand. And a lot of hustle.
Finally, Anne Steiner will help us create a path to delivery and will also present examples of what not to do. Anne Steiner leads the Product Agility practice at Cprime/DevJam. In her role, Anne sets up cross-team discovery cadences, scales product thinking in large organizations, and teaches and mentors stakeholders in leadership and product roles. Anne and her team have helped companies of all shapes and sizes to transform from traditional, project-thinking to become product-driven organizations that emphasize continuous learning. Anne has more than 20 years’ experience in the software industry, working as a developer, product owner, agile coach, and product leader.
