Location: Trafi HQ, Rinktinės g. 5, Vilnius MEET THE SPEAKERS --- Ginvilė Ramanauskaitė, Head of Product and B2B at BitDegree Over the professional life Ginvile has worked in consulting, HR and startup marketing positions, not to mention co-organizing TEDxVilnius for 7 years - all of which helped to build a universal skillset needed to deal with multi-layered challenges of EdTechs. For the past 1.5 years Ginvile has been working as a Head of Product and B2B at BitDegree and has been overseeing the development of multiple platform features and system parts. She is leading a several major projects including gamification, R&D project on student motivation in cooperation with Vilnius University, and, most recently, the development of the solution for transparent P2P blockchain micro-scholarships. In recent years, gamification has become a buzzword whenever we talk about user experiences and designing engaging products. In the next meet-up we thus invite to hear a story of BitDegree, an online education platform that gamified the whole platform trying to make a learning experience fun and addictive. We have all heard of how difficult it is to build 2-sided marketplaces, let's now hear from someone trying to create the new generation education ecosystem. --- Tautvydas Gylys, Product Director at Trafi Trafi is well known for its experience developing a B2C mobility product. Recently, however, the company shifted into B2B, working both with large cities like Berlin, as well as technology giants like Google. Is it at all possible to remain consumer-centric when you take such a sharp left turn? For Trafi, its principles of putting people first made the company into what it is now.
