Remember Remember the QueensJS of Nodevember
Details
It's too late for your masks though, Halloween will be over.
QueensJS will be hosting our 28th meetup on Wednesday, November 2nd, at our usual haunt, Raven’s Head Pub in Astoria on 38th & Broadway, just around the corner from the Steinway MR stop and 7 short streets over from the Broadway NQ stop.
Your speakers for the evening are:
• Angus Grieve-Smith (@grvsmth) celebrates "Seeing only the birthdays you want to see, with Google APIs and OAuth".
• Ayla Myers (@bridgs_dev) really connects with the audience with "Networking Multiplayer Games".
• Alesandro Ortiz (@The_PHP_Jedi) lights up our world with "Lumosion: Lights in motion powered by Node"
QueensJS expects all speakers and attendees to follow the JSConf code of conduct (http://jsconf.com/codeofconduct.html).
RSVPs, due to limited seating, will cost $5. All proceeds go towards charities that work to increase code literacy among NYC youth. There are no refunds, but you are more than welcome to transfer tickets.
If you would like to sponsor or speak at one of our events, please email us at organizers at queensjs dot com!
