On Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., Dr. Tom Stevens will address the Manhattan Libertarian Party on the topic of President John Knox Polk: Napoleon Of The Stump.

The event will take place in back meeting room of the Ukrainian East Village Restaurant located at 140 2nd Avenue (between 8th & 9th Streets) in Manhattan. Admission is free but you are expected to buy food and drinks off the menu.
