About James O’Neil: James O’Neil is a partner in O’Neil & Rueppel, LLP, a law firm that focuses on estate planning, administration, and litigation. The scope of his practice allows him to see how proper planning and risk management is crucial to protecting his clients’ assets so that they are available for the clients during their lives and are smoothly transitioned to the proper beneficiaries thereafter. James earned his B. A. from Oberlin College and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009. This group is for real estate investors and those who are aspiring to invest in real estate anywhere in the United States of America and even outside of this great country. We choose markets wherever they might be with lower initial investment cost, better resale value, with high positive cash flow and shorter turnaround. We are building a local team in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, to look for, study and understand real estate investment opportunities anywhere, build a better partnership with like-minded people, find other experienced investors, and most of all, learn from each others' experiences. We will look into single family residential properties, multi-family residential properties, mix-use and commercial properties. We will consider investment on lots or lands with good potential estimated future value when structures are built on them. We will decide our investment horizon for each property we invest in. Whether you are a lender or an investor, come join us.

This group will meet at least once a month at an agreed meet up location with the possibility of weekly meetings when needed. We will use technology to better communicate with each other.
