I'm J Martin, and have been investing in real estate for 15 years now! I started in Richmond and Oakland with small Multifamily & SFR, then transitioned to investing in larger multifamily, mobile home parks, self storage, and more, as a passive investor/LP. With an Airbnb arbitrage business in between, closing down banks as a bank regulator in the financial crisis, and traveling around the world for over a half decade, I have some stories to tell! The most entertaining and fun REI meetup leader around!

There’s a clean bathroom, a safe and convenient public parking lot located behind the building, and the location sits between the 280 and 101 freeways for easy access from all directions. A: State Street Market is a food hall with many tables in the middle, surrounded by smaller food stalls, including Indian, Ramen, Sushi, Burgers, Salads, a Bar, Ice Cream, and more. There is vegetarian and meat-based food available. The bar has a full bar with cocktails, wine, and beer. There are also mocktails, soda, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Public parking lot right behind the building!
