What we're about

Lying is the major source of all human stress. It wears us out, traps us in our minds, and makes us angry, lonely, and depressed.

Honesty wakes us up, creates intimacy, and reinvigorates our life. When we engage honestly with each other, energy that was wasted on making an impression is suddenly available for real creativity, forgiveness, transformation, and love. Radical Honesty is direct communication that leads to intimacy in relationships. When people stop pretending, they can powerfully create their future together.

In this meetup will practice being our full selves with each other, learning how to tell our truth and develop the capacity to hear the truth of others. As we come together, we'll grow honesty communities and have a lot of fun in the process!

Radical Honesty Monthly Meetup

Online event

People can join in-person at 700 Kalamath or via Zoom at us02web.zoom.us/j/[masked]

About Radical Honesty:
Radical Honesty is a community supporting its members to get out of our heads and into our bodies and senses in order to:
1. Free ourselves from the suffering caused by pretending, hiding, withholding, and lying.
2. Connect with others more deeply, authentically, and vulnerably.
3. Shift from being a subconsciously-driven reactive product of past experiences, into a consciously-motivated, proactive creator of the life you want.

Denver's Monthly Radical Honesty meetup is what Brad Blanton (Author of Radical Honesty) calls "a therapeutic community". His vision is that various forms of therapeutic communities could eventually replace most (or all) psychiatrists and therapists. "A group of people with some practice in noticing and telling the truth can damn near take care of most of its problems," writes Blanton.
