Rakhma Love & Harmony Holistic Center, Inc. exists to meet the holistic needs (mind, body, and spirit) of all who engage in our services. Centered in Love and compassion and dedicated to healing on all levels, we believe all BE-ings should be afforded the resources necessary to develop to their fullest potential. If you are looking for a spiritual community where you can grow, learn, and enjoy friendly loving fellowship, we welcome you to this space!
Currently, we are meeting each Sunday @ 11:00am at the Brandon Junior Women's Club House, 129 N. Moon, Brandon, FL 33510.
Each Sunday of the month highlights a different area of interest and growth opportunity. While we do not charge for any of these services, donations are gratefully accepted.

Reiki Share

Experience Reiki healing in a safe and loving environment. We will begin by placing our chairs in a circle for a guided global earth meditation. Singing bowls will be played while Reiki masters move around the circle giving individual attention to all present who wish to receive Reiki. This is an open share and Reiki experience is not necessary.
The only requirement is to bring an open heart and mind. We encourage you to bring any crystal(s) for your personal use & to share their energy during the global meditation. Also, feel free to bring any singing bowls as sound energy paired with Reiki is awesome.

Spiritual Dysfunction... & Spiritual Health

Based largely on his recently published book Barking Up the Wrong Tree - Moving From Spiritual Dysfunction to Spiritual Health, Bill Lee will discuss what spiritual health is from a very broad and contemporary perspective and also what defines spiritual dysfunction. Several specific examples will be explored in some detail, focusing on the general problem as well as what is going on at the individual level. Only when the individual (and eventually society) moves more in a direction of spiritual health can we hope to have sustainable and meaningful solutions.

Bill Lee is a 4th generation Floridian who grew up in Tampa and currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida. His lifelong interests include philosophy,
creative arts, and music (being in countless bands).Although raised in the Catholic tradition, Bill has been a practitioner in the Buddhist tradition most of his adult life. Approximately 20 years ago, Bill discovered the Florida Community of Mindfulness (Tampa) and its spiritual leader Fred Eppsteiner. He has been an active member ever since. Bill is also a longtime member of the Fellowship of Reconciliation and has served on the Board of Directors for several regional nonprofit organizations.
He graduated in 1977 from the University of South Florida with a degree in chemical engineering... and an "almost" degree in philosophy (2 courses short). After earning his Ph.D (engineering), Bill started his academic career at the University of South Florida where he worked for almost 40 years until his recent retirement. During that time, he also held joint appointments in the Medical School, the Department of Psychology, and the Honors College (where he taught courses in critical thinking, epistemology and art history for a number of years).
