Cooking Thai Appetizers with Chef Craig Tinling at the Dunedin Fine Art Center

Do you like to cook? Try new cuisines? Do you like Thai food and want to learn how to make it at home? Then join Chef Craig Tinling for a class on cooking Thai Appetizers. The menu includes pork dumplings, chicken satay with tamarin chili lime sauce, coconut red curry mussels, and fresh shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the meal at the end of class.
Classes are held at the Dunedin Fine Art Center and are for groups of 2, 3, or 4. Cost is $55 member, $65 non-member. You must register online at dfac.org/classes. Course is W-FA172.

Class size is limited and fill up fast. I encourage you to register AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you want to attend.
Note: There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for all Food Arts classes. Please note, withdrawals will not be refunded within 48 hours of the class. Food Arts classes are subject to cancellation if there are not enough students registered.
