If every sound is vibration and if the vibration touches each and every cell of our body, we can understand that we don't perceive sound only with the ears, but with cell in our body.

Stress reduction is one of the most important result of sound therapy. Stress is the underlying cause of many physical conditions and it melts away with ease when you are bathed in a sea of sound healing vibrations.

Why is Sound Therapy effective in Stress Reduction?

Sound Therapy is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Emotional imbalances are at the root of many physical diseases and when we heal our emotional bodies, the physical symptoms disappear. Sound and emotions are deeply connected. Human emotions have their immediate expression through sound, and it is often the repression of the sound of the emotions that creates emotional blockages. Conversely, sound can be used to unlock the blocked emotions and release them with ease and grace.

An increasing number of mainstream medical and education institutions around the world use healing affects of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs as a vital process of cancer treatment. Deepak Chopra Centre in California has found that the sound of Himalayan singing bowls is chemically metabolised in the body as the endogenous opioid, which works as internal medicine and pain reduction.

Designed for both adults and children, the sound and stress reduction meditation is complemented with sound therapy with singing bowls and gong, you will experience meditation techniques to stimulate and balance the nervous system to deepen relaxation, improve sleep, increase vital energy flow, creativity, intuition, remove blockages and toxins, cleanse negative energy and emotions, purify and harmonize emotions, promote sense of balance and clarity.

Kundalini Yoga for Vitality and Youth

Just like any yoga class, we can expect some physical exercise and movement, but what sets Kundalini Yoga apart from other types of yoga is its focus on using our breath as well as the length of time that each pose is held to harness energy within us. The poses, breath and sound are strung together in a sequence called a Kriya. Through movement, breath, meditation and sound vibration, Kundalini Yoga enhances our practice by promoting more self-awareness and stillness.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. With regular practice, it heightens our intuition and creativity.

There are thousand of Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga and each pose within a Kriya is specifically designed to strengthen different systems in the body such as the endocrine or nervous system. In a 2017 study, which followed a group of people taking Kundalini Yoga classes for 3 months, found that practicing this form of yoga can help decrease cortisol levels, perceived stress, prevent cognitive decline and ease depression symptoms.

The positive effects of Kundalini Yoga on mental health, in particular, can make a big difference in the way we approach life!

Each Kundalini Yoga class includes 1 hour of exercises and 30 mins of meditation techniques to help us achieve sense of balance, clarity and peace after every session. It works very efficiently as one can feel changes in the body and psyche within a few minutes and deeper changes through regular practice.

It is universal and non-denominational. No prior experience with Yoga is required! Therefore it is for anyone and everyone!

Demystifying Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy distracts your conscious mind with relaxation so that you can access your subconscious mind, the center of all your feelings, habits, and memories. This allows deeper thoughts and feelings to come to the surface. By healing these past memories and reframing our beliefs, you can make positive and permanent changes that you desire.

Hypnotherapy helps by becoming aware and then desensitizing old memories and habits–things you may not even know are there. These old patterns get in your way, emotionally block you for years and prevent you from moving forward. By healing these patterns, you can create positive responses and achieve permanent change. Hypnotherapy can be a highly effective form of treatment for many emotional, mental, psychosomatic, behaviour patterns and physical disorders.

- Origin of emotional patterns and belief symptoms and ways to deal with it

- Introduction to the Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy course that certifies you to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
