TypeScript in React: A Love Story by Kylie Stewart

One of the greatest benefits of JavaScript is how fast and loose it is - you can build cool things very quickly using the language. However, this benefit comes as a double-edged sword; you can cause serious damage to yourself and others using JS the wrong way. In this talk, I will discuss my experience learning and using TypeScript in a production React application, and how the patterns I've begun to rely on have improved my JavaScript competency as a whole.
