21-Day Reiki Journey + Reiki Peer Exchange

Dear Reiki Practitioner,

As I write this invitation, Halloween has just passed and we set the clocks back last night. With the darkest weeks of the year upon us, the trees in New York City are ablaze with Mother Nature’s final glory before winter sets in.

Before I started practicing Reiki, I used to find this time of year a bit sad and nostalgic. However, as I now watch the trees release their leaves to the wind without resistance, I recognize this time of year as an invitation to loosen my own grip on life and return to my inner stillness, the place where all the possibilities, power and wisdom reside. This is a beautiful time in the cycle of the year to return to one’s personal Reiki practice with renewed commitment and openness to discovering new depths of spiritual awakening and experiencing healing on all levels of one’s being.

As this year draws to a close, I invite you to join me on a 21-Day Online Reiki Journey from December 1st to the 21st, the day of the Winter Solstice. Together we will commit to our personal daily Reiki practice, whether that includes meditation or hands-on self care or both. Each morning you will receive an email in your in-box that discusses one of the Reiki Precepts and how that Precept connects to our Reiki practice as well as our life experiences.

I will also invite you to join a private Facebook group where I will post each day’s email, and we can have an open online discussion to share about our experiences.

On December 21st, I invite those of you in New York City to join in a Reiki Peer Exchange from 6 to 9 pm. We will open with a short ritual to celebrate the Winter Solstice and the return of the growing light. Everyone will receive a Reiju and then we will take 2 hours to give and receive one-on-one Reiki table sessions.

You must be at least a Reiki Level 1 practitioner or higher to join. Practitioners will be paired up according to their level of training.

This is not only a wonderful opportunity to return to and deepen your Reiki practice, but to also receive the exponential value of Reiki when we engage in our practice as a group.

We are in a period of time when certain energetic patterns are being released to create space for renewal and positive growth. This energetic shift is already in play and what better way to fully experience this change than through the gift of Reiki.

I hope you will join me and your Reiki peers on this 21-Day Journey so that we may come together both virtually and in person to celebrate the gift of Reiki and the gift that is us.
