Through the exchange of Reiki sessions as well as the sharing of our personal insights and revelations, our group comes together to share in this beautiful and ever evolving process of healing and discovery. You will learn the breathing exercises, meditations and healing protocols to restore your energy, develop a renewed presence in your life and within your relationships, and experience greater states of joy, inspired creativity and intuitive awareness.
You receive 4 attunements during Reiki I to assist you in making a deeper connection with the flow of energy, which in turn supports the use of the other tools in the System of Reiki.
