What we’re about
This group has been inspired by the latest movements in organizational development and sparked in particular by Frederic Laloux's groundbreaking book, which shows that every time in the past when humanity has shifted to a new stage of consciousness, it has achieved extraordinary breakthroughs in collaboration.
The group's purpose is therefore to bring people together who are yearning for living and working in different, more liberated organizations. The goal is to exchange views, experiences and wishes and explore together how we can as individuals and groups bring greater humanity, consciousness and joy into our organizations and into society at large.
