My modality is to nourish the system though yoga principles using gentle postures, deep relaxing breath, warming tea, salt lamp therapy, essential oils and of course my kitty companions who practice with us in the studio. Joining in the mindful meditative quality of this practice helps to slow the nervous system allowing us to dive deep into our bodies, minds, and hearts and heal mental, emotional and physical traumas. Enjoy the gentle vibrations of mantra and relax with ease with safe and respectful yoga touch. This is a relaxing class with soft and subtle transitions. A non-aerobic class designed for all, bring props- pillows & blankets (limited supply onsite). Wheelchair accessible.
