Explore the fundamental principles of Ayurveda with Jean Popovic, Ayurvedic Wellness Councilor.
Learn about your body in relation to the three Constitutions, Vata (Air and Ether), Pitta (Fire and Water) and Kapha (Water and Earth). After discovering your primary constitution, we will explore how to maintain balance within yourself. Using Asana, Foods and Lifestyle choices can lead to clearer skin, hormonal balance, better sleep and increased energy levels.
Jean Popovich has been helping students with their yoga practices and cooking skills since 2003. She completed her teacher training with Kim Valerie at Yoga Spirit Studios and in 2005, studied Classical Hatha Yoga at Yoga Vidya Dham in Nasik, India. Jean has extensive prenatal / postnatal teaching training and taught Hatha Yoga throughout both her pregnancies.
