The Rowing & Indoor Rowing Wellness, Fitness & Exercise Group would be the group you want to be part of! Rowing (or sculling) is an excellent cardiovascular and endurance workout (especially so for mid-lifers) that involves no jarring impacts to the joints and does not require extreme mobility. This group cater to anyone - regardless age, gender, skill or experience - even if you feel you are not quite ready for weight bearing exercise, you are welcome to be part of this group! We get to learn more about rowing (on water) and indoor rowing (the Concept2 rowing simulator) together and have awesome workouts to stay healthy and get fit.
