Get out of your retro rut!

A meetup discussing our favorite topic - RETROSPECTIVES!

Retrospectives are a tool to inspect and adapt, yet it’s easy for a team to get bored and simply go through the motions of “What went well, What could be improved, and What will we do better next sprint?” At this meetup, we will showcase facilitation tips and tricks to make your retrospectives fun and effective! We will do an overview of Diana Larsen’s Retrospective Framework to “make your teams great!" Then we will lead you through three different gallery stations focused on 1) Distributed teams, 2) New Teams and 3) Creative Retros to Break out of your Retro Rut!

Of course, we wouldn't end the evening without actually running a retrospective! We've saved one of our favorite retro activities "Constellation" to understand what was most valuable and what we could have done differently. We will also have a "resources" wall to share retrospective ideas, so come prepared with your own tips and tricks! We hope this meet up will inspire you and provide you with new ideas to take back to your teams immediately.
