When you feel included and engaged, do you do a better job? Do you think teams in which people work well together produce much better results? Have you noticed the best ideas often come from unexpected sources? Do you want to work at the top of your intelligence and give the same opportunity to others?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, join us on Tuesday, October 22nd to experience and explore Liberating Structures (LS), an easy-to-use facilitation toolkit designed to address exactly these challenges. While conventional meeting structures are either too inhibiting (presentations, status reports and managed discussions) or too loose and disorganized (open discussions and brainstorms) to creatively engage people in shaping their own future, the 33 structures that make up the LS toolkit provide simple and easy to learn alternatives that can be used by everyone at every level, from the executive suite to the grassroots. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone.

This sounds exciting to you, come learn about Liberating Structures by experiencing five of them. Bring a challenge that you’re facing that requires you to engage and involve everyone, and we will spend 90 minutes helping each other find ways to do just that.
