Join with Ginger to participate in
"Bootcamp in the Park" at Centennial Park
on
Saturday, March 23rd, 2013
Arrive by 8:55 AM for a prompt start at 9:00 AM
FREE workouts led by Personal Trainers!
Also, this is family-friendly - Single Parents and their children are welcome.
It doesn't matter how physically fit you are.
It doesn't matter how old you are.
If you can walk, you can do this Bootcamp!
This bootcamp is led by personal trainers who donate their time each week to "work us out".
If you are coming you might want to bring:
a water bottle a towel or yoga mat - they provide plastic camping tarps - but I like my beach towel better for stretching and etc extra socks and shoes - the dew will melt while we heat up the ground around us - I prefer to drive home with dry socks - or flip flops
