The Hunter’s Gaze, the Seduction of Place and the Art of Photography

Details
Join us for the presentation with Jeff Kelton, Ph.D. "The Hunter’s Gaze, the Seduction of Place and the Art of Photography".
In everything we do there is a story. The more you find and tell your story the more your photography will come alive. Photographs come to life because they have energy. This energy is imparted when the photographer and the Place being photographed are aligned. With alignment energy is transmitted.
To develop this alignment requires a special kind of attention that is alert to how Places “flirt” with us.
This presentation will offer a perspective on how we interact with our environments and how, through the lens of our “life story”, we can make compelling photographs.
The approach described is grounded in a process Jeff has developed called GlobalWalkaboutsTM.
Several experiential exercises will be offered to explore ways to engage a Place.”
