Details
Pieter Wuille (https://github.com/sipa), Bitcoin Core Developer and Blockstream (https://www.blockstream.com) Co-Founder, will speak about Key Tree Signatures.
"In our first sidechain, Elements Alpha (https://github.com/ElementsProject/elements/tree/alpha), we introduced several improvements to the cryptography and scripting abilities of Bitcoin. In this talk, I will discuss how some of these features can be used to build an improved multisig construction that is more efficient, compact, and flexible."
