Mixed levels class. Beginners welcome. (Please bring your own mat or a towel).
We meet at 10:45am by the Garfield statue to the right and infront of the Conservatory and then walk over to our beautiful outdoor practice area. Please arrive before 11am at the statue so we can walk over and start practice at 11am together and so you know where to go (occassionally practice spot changes due to others pickening so we meet at the statue first).
~Fun and playful class that'll make you sweat and then slow it down to unwind at the end. Class focuses on aligning breath with movement, standing and seated postures, beginning inversions, and a few restorative poses to unwind from the week.
This is a donation based class, making yoga more accessible to all. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Donate what you can.
