Details

Come look at the collection of rescue critters inside the museum: ones that fly, hop, slither, crawl and amble about in their enclosures. Besides the animals, you can sketch people, the building, the outside landscaping and the hill views from this one location. There are exhibits on the basement floor as well.

The museum is free and there's a parking lot outside for visitors. It usually gets very busy here on the weekends (hoping it will be less so for this July 4th weekend as families go out of town). You can also park up the hill in the residential area, but take note of the street parking signs for time limit restrictions.

The cafe was not yet open as of this writing, but may be open by June. There are no other eateries in the immediate neighborhood so bring a snack and something to drink, just in case.

11:00 Meet inside the Randall Museum, look for people holding sketchbooks.

FEE: $1.00
