Meetup Description: Right from your home port in San Francisco, sail and travel to Canada, enjoy the sites, all the great food you can eat, gambling and meet many of our wonderful Meetup members! Good for 2 nights and 3 days. Come on board:
Star Princess - San Francisco to Vancouver
The Star Princess is one of the line's most luxurious vessels. Weighing in at 109,000 tons, the ship offers plenty of amenities and attractions. For example, three different showrooms offer Broadway, Las Vegas and cabaret productions. Three main dining rooms are complemented by alternative eateries like Sabatini's Trattoria, The Painted Desert and a 'round-the-clock grill. When it comes to activities, no one is left out. Golf simulators, a virtual reality area, a fine arts gallery, computer and writing rooms, a gym and spa all offer the recreation -- or relaxation -- you're looking for. Kids and teens have their own hangouts with TVs, video games and age-appropriate activities. Jump in one of the four pools or nine whirlpools for a workout swim or to just take in some rays. When the sun sets, head to the 13,500-square-foot casino, one of the 17 lounges or Skywalker's Nightclub for dancing 15 decks above the sea. More than 700 staterooms feature private balconies.
Yes, we're planning a group cruise and you are all welcome. We will leave May 7, 2009 from San Francisco Port, sail three days and two nights to Vancouver. We are arranging for hotel accomodations if you like and a great Chinese dinner in Vancouver. You may stay one, two or no nights in Vancouver and then fly back to San Francisco.
Total cost of the cruise is less than $175 per person which is based on double occupancy. That is a great price for a nice cruise. Cuisine aboard is exciting and world travelers will appreciate it. Email us soon to book the cruise as the ship will fill up. It will be a blast and Vancouver is beautiful.
