He defined Microsoft’s unified communications strategy (Skype for Business) and, as head of collaboration services at Thomson Reuters, introduced federated communications to the financial services industry. Before founding Perzo/Symphony, he was VP and GM of Skype’s Enterprise Business.

Callstats.io is a SaaS platform that provides performance monitoring of video calls in real-time. We use specific QoE models derived from ITU-T standards, and are continually refining these custom models based on the incoming measurement data and user-feedback.

Sachin Hegde is a developer evangelist for Vidyo.IO. Sachin has over 10 years of experience in the technology space, including eight years developing applications and frameworks for Microsoft. He later co-founded a health and nutrition startup called Wholesome that generated 200K app downloads in its first year. Sachin holds multiple awards for innovations and developer competitions. He joined Vidyo in 2016 and was one of the lead engineers developing next generation Vidyo products.
