Jan-Ivar and Byron explain what changes when Firefox adds support for Tranceivers to its WebRTC implementation, to get closer to the current WebRTC specification. We will cover the advantages and also warn about what to look out for with this change.

Nils has been hacking on real time communication applications for more than 10 years and is currently leading the networking WebRTC team at Mozilla.

Subject: Debugging video issues with RTP logging in Firefox

In this demo Nils will show how to turn on the new RTP logging feature in Firefox. And then how interpret the output by loading into Wireshark, to figure out why the video in a WebRTC call was not smooth.
