Living in a cosmopolitan society which is material-driven, some of us struggle to find and hold onto the true sense of spiritual wellbeing. We may have experienced the benefits of meditation, but cannot deny the fact that a group's collective energy provides more support and discipline.
Motivated by this, we would like to call upon like-minded people to join us so that we can offer each other support by simply meditating together and sharing insights on how to remain calm, composed in the midst of varied conditions.
The mindfulness meditation technique is very simple. Besides quieting the mind and getting in touch with it's inherent positive qualities, you will also be introduced to various meditative reflections and contemplations in order to explore and gain insights into the inner workings of your wonderful mind. Common reactive impulses such as anger, unnecessary worries and fear which are often thought of as involuntary can also be transformed with continued practice.
Our meditation session will help you deepen your meditation practice with minimal guidance. A few trigger words and intermittent sounds of the bell will be given to re-establish our relaxed concentration. The goal is to help people learn how to make use of meditation practices to become more aware and mindful in their daily activities.
