We're supported and sponsored by the Economic Committee of the NAACP Houston and a host of TSU and PV alumni. All events from SMAART are for black entrepreneurs from all industries seeking investment, partnership, networking, professional development and more. Our core focus is on developing growth opportunities for Black startups and small businesses that are local to Houston.
