The likelihood of getting funded and of actually succeeding with your new venture comes down to one word: leadership.
A great product or service offering and superb technical know-how and talent is not enough. The common denominator in any business is people, and the ability to create a shared vision and provide a path for success is your role.
At this event, you will learn what the key success characteristics of an entrepreneurial leader are and you will learn how to hone your leadership skills in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. Ten key tenets of leadership will be explored in practical take-away language.
Be prepared to:
- Expand your current definition of leadership
- Explore and challenge your current thinking of leadership characteristics in an interactive session
- Translate key learning points to practical application
- Evaluate and score yourself on each leadership element
- Create a personalized plan to address targeted areas for your personal growth and success.
