Thomas will discuss art directing The Godfather: Five Families, turning a classic movie into a contemporary game. He will explain the unique skills and responsibilities of the various artist roles at Kabam, Inc., as well as share knowledge on what a gaming studio looks for in new artists.

Thomas studied at the Academy of Art College and has worked in video games and illustration for over 15 years on many titles including Star Wars for LucasArts, Sims for Maxis, and Tangled for Disney Interactive. He has also had a long and successful career in illustration working for several publishers including Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, Blizzard, and Harper Collins.
