Sahaja Yoga teaches a unique method of meditation, rooted in ancient spiritual knowledge. Simple to understand and easy to practice. Join our in-person and online guided meditation sessions. 

- Our one hour classes are conducted by experienced instructors.

- No yoga mat required. Participants sit on a chair or on the ground.

- No special attire required. Use comfortable clothing, avoid synthetics.

- No special skills required.

- All learning material to practice at home will be provided.

- Our classes are always Free of cost.
