Breathwork is a powerful healing technique that provides healing to your body, mind, and spirit.
Guided by Leonora a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. This sacred circle is held in ceremony with music and your connection to open mouth breath. Breathwork can provide powerful awareness, unlocking unseen blocks in your body, mind spirit.
The benefits of guided breathwork is to release stress and anxiety, aids in calming the mind, and opening the body to release tension and pain, restoring your connection to your power and life purpose. Breathwork connects you to your inner spirit and subconscious. Helps anyone with their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical healing guidance.

This will be an online Zoom meeting.
This is a free event, but love offerings are appreciated:
Must be a member of this meet up group and RSVP to be admitted to this online event.
We will start with greetings and then introduce ourselves. Then we will:
- Be led through a meditation to ground with Earth energy and come into the present moment.
- Half the group will receive from the other half for 10 minutes.
- We will then switch, and those that gave will then receive for 10 minutes.
- Once done with the initial exchange and if there is time remaining, Reiki Practitioners are encouraged to remain on the call and give Reiki to themselves for 10 minutes before we adjourn. This will be done using Usui hand positions and/or the "teddy bear" technique. Mo will lead you through the self treatment.
Everyone is welcome at this event, whether or not you are attuned to Reiki. Those not attuned to Reiki or another healing modality will receive only and may observe after if they wish.

In this hands-on workshop, we will discover the magic of tarot together and learn how it can provide guidance, perspective and answers to help you in your day-to-day life and on your spiritual path.
This course is for anyone who wants to learn to read tarot cards, but also for anyone who wants to get a tarot reading, since we will need subjects (or querents in tarot) for practice.
“Let’s Talk Tarot” will meet once a month, on the second Tuesday, and will include 30 minutes of instruction and 1 ½ hours of discussion and tarot-reading practice.
