This experience is designed to help release what no longer serves you, unburden your body and support you in clearing your energy centers. Getting to know your energy centers and how they work can help you feel more centered and return to calm when life gets you off balance.

Reiki Exchange - In Person Event
Wellness with Anne, 2825 North 10th St. Suite A4, SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL, USPlease note new time and location at Wellness With Anne in the front of the same building.
PLEASE NOTE START TIME FOR JULY EVENT IS 12:30 PM
Reiki Certification or instruction/education in other energy healing modalities suggested but not required. Practitioners give and receive (Exchange). Non-Reiki Practitioners receive and observe.
Reiki will be offered both hands off and/or hands on. If a person does not wish to be touched at all, those wishes will be honored. This is for the the safety and comfort of all who attend.
Soap, water, hand sanitizer and Intend Clearing Spray provided.
Ceremony begins in circle. We greet and get to know a little about each other, then experience a group guided meditation that includes sending healing energy to others.
Tables are set up with 2 to 4 Practitioners at each, depending on number in attendance. Each person attending will receive a 10 to 15 minute session from other Practitioners. Maureen "Mo" Aruta, RMT, CNA will co ordinate and oversee.
Water and light snacks provided during the event.
