The full moon is a wonderful time to connect with higher frequencies and "shed light" on the darker/lower vibrational aspects within ourselves that hold us back.

Come hear special guest Pamala Jefferys, RN, RMT talk about Jin Shin Jytusu. Jin Shin Jyutsu is the Art of releasing tensions whch are causes for various symptoms in our body.

Pamala Jefferys is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors in Science degree. She's worked as a psychiatric nurse, hospice nurse and is currently a case manager with Baptist Medical Center. She received her Reiki Practitioner, Master Teacher certification through Middlesex Community College, Middletown, Connecticut in 2000. She became a certified Jin Shin Jystu Practitioner in 2005. She has also studied Magnified healing.

Come be led through meditation to celebrate the Full Moon with co host Dr. Tina Danielson, MD.
