PB Sunset Yoga: 5pm Power Vinyasa Flow Palisades Park

Needs a location

Hey Guys! NEW FALL TIMES, SAME DAY! So join me for a Sunset Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow Wednesdays at 5:00pm in Pacific Beach! This will be a weekly event! In each practice we set an intention and get a great workout. The location at Palisades Park is phenomenal; a perfect spot to practice with the ocean in the background and various natural lights that appear at the end of the day. After practice we can get some food and drinks at one of the local restaurants…selection of Greek, Thai, or Mexican food are my favorite!!

These yoga sequences are geared to develop your quads (good for bouldering, climbing, hiking), abs (great for runners, balancing sports, circuit training, hiking), and shoulders/chests (surfers, weight lifting, climbing, hiking). For mental clarity and focus, these practices also teach us breath work for concentration, calm emotions and lower heart rate (under pressure/challenges, come back to your breath). We will observe state and CDC guidelines.

Let’s workout our mind, body and breath!

What you will need:

  1. Loose, comfortable workout clothes
  2. Yoga mat
  3. Water
  4. Towel

This is a donation based practice where I donate my time and you donate your positive energies. However, if would like to make a monetary donation and are in a good place to do so, these are much appreciated (recommended $5 -$7).

VENMO: @ishmael-sonico

Let’s overlook the ocean, send out positive energies, and enjoy an end of day Power Vinyasa Flow! See you on your mat Wednesday!
