Hey guys, let's have a picnic in the Park with George (extra points if you got that).

We will be at the tables in front of the tennis court. No need to feed every, just something to share.

There is plenty of parking directly in front from the tennis courts.

I will bring all plates, utensils, etc. I will also bring a 6' foot table , if anyone has another table to bring that would be great.

Hey Guys, let’s do Torrey Pines Trail to North Broken Hill, the beach and back. It is supposed to be a warm day, so bring by the water will be cool! This trail has spectacular views as everything in the State Beach! After we can grab food and drinks! If it rains this event will be rescheduled.

We will meet and greet at 5:45 pm
We start promptly at 6:00 pm (plan your trip, arrive on time)

Hiking Distance: ~5-6 miles
Elevation gain: ~300
Difficulty: All levels
Parking: Park either on North Torrey Pines Place or Callan Road

WHAT TO BRING:
Water ( I take 3 liters; I sweat a lot & I prepare for the worst)
Face Mask (handkerchief, Hiking face mask)
Backpack or Fanny Pack
Snack (an apple, an orange, electrolyte replenisher)
Sturdy Hiking Shoes with options of water proof.
Sunscreen

Hey Guys! Halloween is more than a month away so come up with a costume and let’s have a Halloween Potluck Party with both Costume and Carved Pumpkin Contests (both optional but come on…!!!) Carved Pumpkin Contest means you bring your pumpkin that you carved at home and enter it into the contest.

RSVP with $10/person to this event. Once you sign in you will be placed on the ‘Waitlist’. When you pay your RSVP, you will be moved to the ‘Going List’. Note that once you rsvp, your money will be held to RSVP your spot and go towards the owner expenses. It’s time for make-up, dress-up and a potluck with creative, delicious foods to share (you don’t need to feed everyone! Just bring enough to share with 4-6 people). This event requires that you comment what you will bring so that we avoid duplicates that are left behind!

This event will be at a private house with the address provided on October 15th. As in all private events, we need to be respectful to the homeowner, the occupants and the people in the neighborhood. While there will be some alcohol, you must stop drinking if the host(s) have indicated so, and if you are too drunk to drive home, know that you will need to Uber/LYFT home and retrieve your car when you are sober. Know your limit and do not continue drinking within the hour of the close of the event. Your good actions and respectful behavior are what keep these events available to you. Guests may not bring their animals as there are already two large (friendly) dogs at this residence that will be kept apart from the party.

Prizes will be given to the 3 categories, 6 winners. Everyone will have a chance to vote. Prizes will be for the following:

A. Original Costume/Pumpkin Carving
B. Scariest Costume/ Pumpkin Carving
C. Funniest Costume/ Pumpkin Carving

5:00-6pm meet, greet and eat
7pm Share your costume, a quick cat walk!
7:30-8:30pm snacks, voting, and socializing
9:00pm Winners are announced and wind down with last minute games and sharing of new acquaintances info
