Hey Guys! Come join me for a Sunset Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow this Wednesday at 6:00pm in Pacific Beach! It’s tge last 6pm glow for the year As a un sets earlier start times will start earlier on the week of Sept 22nd.

We’ll set an intention and get a great workout. The location is in Palisades Park which is phenomenal; a perfect spot to practice with the ocean in the background and various natural lights that appear at the end of the day. After practice we can get some food and drinks at one of the local restaurants…selection of Greek, Thai, or Mexican food are my favorite!!

These yoga sequences are geared to develop your quads (good for bouldering, climbing, hiking), abs (great for runners, balancing sports, circuit training, hiking), and shoulders/chests (surfers, weight lifting, climbing, hiking). For mental clarity and focus, these practices also teach us breath work for concentration, calm emotions and lower heart rate (under pressure/challenges, come back to your breath).

Let’s workout our mind, body and breath!

What you will need:

1. Loose, comfortable workout clothes

2. Yoga mat

3. Water

4. Towel

This is a donation based practice where I donate my time and you donate your positive energies. However, if would like to make a monetary donation and are in a good place to do so, these are much appreciated (recommended $7-10).

4. I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga theory and exercise only and I will not hold you to any higher standard of care than that applicable to school of Yoga theory and exercises.

5. If I am under 18 years of age, I will disclose that information to you, and in addition, I will provide you a note stating that I have parental permission to participate in the Yoga practice. This note will have my signature where my parent and /or guardian has also signed and dated.

6. All monetary donations are voluntary and are non-refundable.

Hey Guys! Back to Hillcrest and enjoy a night out! It’s always a good feeling to meet members in our group and move in and among each other knowing there’s a safety net while we explore the scene.

8:30pm (soft start). We’ll meet at Uptown Bar and Grill. Grab a drink, food, meet and greet! Silent Disco 🎧🎶should be happening at 9pm

9:45pm we’ll head to Flicks. Be patient as the lines can be slow. It may be crowded, but we’ll find each other. This place has good drinks 🍻, great music 🎵 and dancers🕺; bring some dollar bills 😋

11:45pm we can head to L’Stats (coffee, hot chocolate, pastry, etc) to regroup and decide to go on to another place (Riches?) or head out on our merry way with new found friends or head home to recover from the night!
