Forking Panel - What's going on with Bitcoin??

UASF, UAHF, SegWit2x, Bip91, and now futures trading on Bitcoin Cash.... what is going on? It seems like every day the last few months has seen a new variation, a new potential fork, something else to unravel. And now that Bip 91 is looking to "Lock-in", what does that mean for itself and everything else on the timeline?

Topics will include an update on the different fork proposals, how they interact with each other, Bip91 lockin, what is going to happen in August with the UAHF and in October/November with SegWit2x, and now that it looks like we are getting SegWit what can we expect to be built on it?
