Soni Wolfe Sainthood Recognition Ride-In

Calling all Dykes on Bikes® Supporters!

The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence® have unanimously voted to recognize Soni Wolfe, a founding member of Dykes on Bikes® WMC, into Sainthood!

Sainthood is an honor bestowed upon community members, celebrities, volunteers, politicians, and public figures who personify the work and ideals of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Past Saints include Harvey Milk, Lily Tomlin, Margaret Cho, Tom Amianno, and many more outstanding individuals who have dedicated their life to fundraising, activism, and human rights. Without knowing it, our Saints live their lives in accordance to the vows we take as Sisters: to promulgate universal joy and expiate stigmatic guilt.

Please help us celebrate Soni by joining us on a ride to the Sister's Annual Easter conclave. The conclave will be held at Cafe Flore.

SF Dykes on Bikes® WMC will be leading a short 15 mile mid-day ride-in from Oakland to San Francisco.

Departing location: OAKLAND LAKE MERRITT-Parking lot under I-580 at Lakeshore/Grand St exit (across from the Heart and Dagger and bustling Farmer's Market).

Kickstands Up: NOON

Ending location: Cafe Flore, 2298 Market St, San Francisco, around 12:30pm. We will have time to park, socialize, grab a bite, or beverage before Soni's recognition ceremony which starts at 2PM.

Route: Grand Street through downtown Oakland on to cross the Bay Bridge(toll), exit 1B US-101 N toward GG Bridge, exit 434A onto Duboce, Left on Duboce, Left onto Market, 1/2 mile on Right- CAFÉ FLORE.

Afterward a few of us will head down to Killowatt (3160 16th St) to continue the celebration!
