We will meet in the City and take bus or ferry to various trail heads in Marin Headlands, Mt Tam, and Pt Reyes Seashore. From there we start our hike.

Ferry Building/Coit Tower/Russian Hill/Cow Hollow/Tunnel Top 🍦 walk

Needs a location

I did part of this hike as the first hike under my own meetup Ted's hikes in 2019. Since there has been many changes I modified the hike to fit today's reality.

We meet at the Ferry building at 11:00. Please be on time. We to go to either Filbert or Greenwich steps to Coit Tower. After a short break, we will go to Victoria Pastry at 700 Filbert to check out their goodies for anyone interested. Then we head off to Swensen’s ice cream for our first ice cream stop. We take our baked goods and ice cream to Lafayette park for restroom break. From the park we walk through Pacific Heights to Fillmore street then to Cow Hollow and Over the Moon ice cream. We will end our hike at the Tunnel Top park in the Presidio so you can enjoy the new park. There are also food trucks at the park.

Bring water and a snack. Dress for the weather. A clipper card if you are taking public transportation. A clipper card will save you money.

"Take me out to the ball game, Take me out with the crowd; Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack, I don’t care if I never get back. Let me root, root, root for the home team, If they don’t win, it’s a shame. For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out, At the old ball game."

My favorite part of going to a baseball game is the singalong song with the entire stadium at the 7th inning.
