In 2015 they syndicated their first 24 unit apartment deal in Garland Texas. A 31 unit deal followed later that year. Soon after that Boris and Oshi were able to say goodbye to their corporate jobs in order to pursue their real estate ambitions full time!
Now, two years after they started, and many lessons later, they own over 200(!) units in Texas. And, before the end of this year they plan to double that number in one transaction; again using real estate syndication to take down the deal! And they have even bigger plans for the future...
