There are so many hiking groups, but I wanted to start a group for runners like me that prefer to run the trails than the streets.

Tuesday Run- Ferry Building (6-8 miles). Burrito & Tacos after

Awesome Tuesday run down the Embarcadero, through fisherman's Wharf, Crissy filed, San Francisco Bay Trail and back. Post run bites and beer at Orale Orale on 113 Sacramento St (Reserved for SF trail runners every Tuesday) FAQ: What's the pace of the group? All paces welcome! This is a out and back route. As long as you can either get back to Ferry building or Orale Orale. You will find the group. FAQ: How far is the run? Any distance is fine. People do just a couple miles or up to 8. The most common distance is 6 miles.

Join us for a speed workout! Where to meet: locate the group in the middle of the straightaway on the South side of the track near the 400m start and finish line. After the run portion of the workout, there will be a core session.
