[Ocean beach] Beach BBQ, games, and bonfire at Chaz's house [$15]

Last month's bonfire beach party was a huge success with over 50 adventurers in attendance. This month we are doing it again!

This time we are having the party on the beach, and then the bonfire after party at Chaz's beach house. We will play Spikeball, volleyball, and various games on the beach while we eat and drink and enjoy the summer weather. We'll end the beach part with watching the sunset and launching some sky lanterns.

Then we will move the party to Chaz's house where we'll have a big bonfire and make s'mores. After that we'll party the night away with friends, music, and plenty of wine.

This is one summer beach party you don't want to miss!

Cost:

$15 per person to cover food, snacks, and drinks

The Plan:

03:00 PM: Meet on the beach and set up
03:30 PM: Spikeball, Volleyball, card games, party games, snacks, and drinks!
05:00 PM: Fire up the grill and cook up some hot dogs and sausages
07:00 PM: Watch the sunset together
07:30 PM: Clean up and head to Chaz's house for the bonfire
08:00 PM: Bonfire after party!

This is the plan for now. However, if it gets cold on the beach, we will move the party to Chaz's house early. We can continue to BBQ and party there before we start the bonfire. =)

Getting there:

The 7 and 18 bus lines get you very close to the meeting spot.

The N train is a 6 block walk from the meeting spot.

I recommend carpooling because parking around the after party may be limited.

What to bring:

Bring anything that will make your time at the beach enjoyable.

• Sunglasses/sunblock/hat

• Jacket/sweatshirt/warm socks

• Blanket

• Headlamp/flashlight (for after the sun sets)

• Flip flops

• Games

A note about food and drinks:

The $15 will cover the necessities such as beer, liquor, mixers, ice, hot dogs, sausages, s'mores, condiments, chips, cookies, utensils, plates, cups, etc.

If you enjoy other types of snacks and beverages, please bring some to share. We can always use more beer, liquor, and ready to eat foods like salads.

If you have dietary restrictions and need special items, please let me know.
